Show someone the ropes! Our mentorship program is a great way to get work hours, meet members, or become certified on equipment for free. Checklists are available for mentors to use as a standardized approach to certifying mentees. Certification can be acquired through the mentorship program for beginner sailing, kayaking, intermediate windsurfing, and advanced sailing.
