Want do get some practice on the water? Or try out your roll (aka practice some rescues?) Come join Tippy Tuesdays! We generally meet around 5:30 or 6 and just enjoy some time in a kayak on the water. The sunset is nice too.
This is a non-instructional time for people with kayak certification to hang out and practice your skills. The instructors are often around and willing to give tips, but this is not a roll lesson.
Prerequisites:
- registered as a JSCA member for the current season
- registered as a UBC Sailing Club member for the current season
- beginner kayak certification
- able to swim
- wetsuit
