Tired of swimming with the fishies? Join us for a dynamic 4 evening, 10-hour course on rolling a kayak with both Euro and Greenland blades! We will learn the fundamentals of bracing, sculling, and rolling with two distinct paddles, each offering its own unique flow and technique.
Whether you're refining your existing skills or trying it for the first time, you'll experience the power and versatility of both blades in a fun and supportive environment. The ability to roll is an essential skill if you are looking at paddling dynamic waters, but also a very fun skill to learn for its own sake! This course is aimed at those with no prior experience of rolling, or people with a roll that isn't solid or has been lost in time... But you should be very comfortable paddling your kayak (upright), and be comfortable being underwater.
We can't promise that you will be rolling with perfection by the end of these sessions, but we will cover all the basics, and hopefully see you out on future Tippy Tuesdays and allow you continue to practice on your own.

Note: If the class does not reach the minimum required number of registrants, we will cancel the class to avoid running it at a financial loss to the club. You will be notified of a canceled class about 24 hours before the start of the first session.
