General Meeting and Christmas in June Regatta

Join us on June 17 for a day of sailing, Christmas cheer, and camaraderie! You're invited to the UBC Sailing Club's General Meeting and Christmas in June-themed regatta. Here's what's in store:

9:30 AM: Free breakfast to kick-start the day.

10:00 AM: Brief General Meeting (15 minutes) 

10:15 AM: Race Briefing

️11:30 AM (approx): On-water component

After the race we will have prize announcements: Winners for various categories, including super soaker (the group with the most capsizes/water in their boat), best Christmas dress wear, and of course the race winner.

️After dinner: Join us for a delightful dinner celebration! Food cost $5 per person. We will have tents and snacks and music set up at the picnic table area at 11 AM for people to join, whether you are racing for the day or not! Dinner will be ready probably around 4 or 5 PM.

RSVP Options:

1️⃣ Breakfast and General Meeting (approximately 9:30-11, will take place in the members lounge)

2️⃣ Regatta Competitors (please arrive latest at 10:15 in the member lounge for the race briefing)

3️⃣ Regatta Spectators (come anytime after 11 to hangout at the picnic tables)
