Wild West Regatta

Well, howdy partner. Time to dust off your cowboy hats, water guns, and break out the bandannas for a hog-tyin’ time! The UBCSC is gettin’ in a tizzy for the Wild West regatta on Sep 10 at 12pm. Why keep barkin’ at a knot when you can burn the breeze? There will be awards for best costume, most objects on water lassoed, and the most soaked, either by getting sprayed by a rival or bucked off your ride. Register for five pretty pennies ($5) and get yourself a hot diggity dog to refuel after your long journey. See y’all! 
Join us on the water for the next race in our Regatta series on Sep 10 at noon. This is a race for sailors, windsurfers, and kayakers at any skill level!

Meet us at 12:00pm for the pre-race on-land briefing at the picnic tables at Jericho Sailing Center, all newcomers will get a chance to become familiar with the rules of racing. Windsurfers and kayaks are welcome to participate as well. RSVP to help us with the logistics. Guests and members of other clubs are most welcome as well!
